CURRENT CENTER INFORMATION
HOURS OF OPERATION -
Monday-Friday; 6AM-6PM
Hours of care will be based on the work or school schedule given during the initial interview. Travel time will be allotted into the agreement and it is imperative that the time is abided by for the benefit of the child and to ensure we are always maintaining proper child to staff ratios.
WEEKLY FEES/CO-PAYS
& SCHEDULES
Weekly fees must be submitted each Monday. If paying your
childcare fees monthly they will be due on or before the 5th.
Late fees will be accessed after this time for Private Pay and
Title XX Parents. If you have a variable work or school
schedule it must be submitted by Friday the week before it is
to begin. If your work schedule changes; please speak with
Administration to ensure it can be honored to ensure ratios
are maintained. Parent Employer landlines must be submitted
in case of an emergency - cell phone only are not acceptable.
DROP-OFF & PICK-UP REQUIREMENTS
Children are to be released into the care of an adult at drop off. For their safety at no time should a child ever be dropped off at the front entrance. This also allows time to transfer or receive any needed information. If for any reason you will be a few minutes late dropping off or picking up; a call is needed.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS
IF YOUR CHILD IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF AN ILLNESS IE; A FEVER OF 100 DEGREE OR MORE in the last 24-48 hours they should remain away from the Center until fever free for that same period of time. If your child shows any sign of illness, they will be isolated and we will contact the parent and/or emergency contact. THEY MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN ONE(1) HOUR OF THE CALL.
To build a level of confidence in our children that will assist them with better understanding the subject matters they are taught, which will ultimately enable them to internalize and apply them successfully throughout their lives.

Proper rest is essential for our little ones.
Individual cribs and cots are provided for each child and labeled with their name.

TRANSPORTATION
WE WILL OFFER TRANSPORT TO AND FROM SCHOOL WHEN THEY RE-OPEN.
ODE CHILD & ADULT FOOD PROGRAM
We serve healthy and nutritious foods each day. Breakfast 7-9am Lunch 11:30-12:30 and snack 3-4pm A weekly menu is posted for your viewing at the front entrance. It is important you make us aware of any food allergies your child may have.
